Delivery Terms
Please note: Once shipped, all deliveries are subject to the standard UPS terms and conditions. Labfacility do not guarantee delivery times which are provided as a guide using UPS expected delivery targets.
Use your own courier - choose this option at checkout and leave a comment with your courier account number when completing checkout. (UPS, DHL, FEDEX only).
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Thursday). Orders received on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped using the courier UPS. Orders received before 1PM are processed and despatched the same day from stock where possible (Goods marked 'In-Stock') by UPS Standard service (1-2 business days). Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
If your order quantity exceeds our current stock level you will be contacted after purchase to discuss various delivery options including split delivery or refunds if neccessary.
Products marked 'Upon Request' are sourced or produced to order. You will be contacted after purchase with a lead time for delivery.
Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Online orders placed after 9am on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
We provide full traceability of our orders, once despatched, via the UPS parcel tracking system.

If you wish to collect your order from our Dinnington, South Yorkshire site, please tick the 'collection' box at the checkout to avoid delivery charges being added to small orders. You will be contacted by a member of our sales team when your order is ready for collection. Collection must be in person, use of your own courier account is not available through E-commerce.
